Q1: Does your product give immediate results?
A1: Chinese medicine is designed to treat diseases and prevent adverse effects. It focuses on the body's overall response to treatment and recognizes the body as one interconnected bio-system. The onset of herbal drug efficacy is longer in comparison to Western medicine as it addresses the root cause of the disease rather than the symptoms. Therefore, one could only expect to see optimum results within 3-4 weeks after taking Chinese medicine.
Q2: How would I know which product in your store is suitable and right for my symptoms?

Q3: Does your product has halal certification?
A3: Our products are not halal certified currently. However, we strictly practice “No Pork, No Lard” policy in our manufacturing process right from the beginning of raw materials selection until the packaging and distribution of final products.
Q4: Is your medicinal product easy to swallow?
A4: Yes. Our Chinese herbal medicines contained in tablet or capsule form are small in size, thus making them easy to swallow with little amount of water.
Q5: When will I receive my orders?
A5: Once your order has been confirmed, you can expect to receive your items within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Q6: How can I receive my goods if I am not at home when the delivery is being made?
A6: Usually, the courier representative will contact you to confirm your address and time of delivery. A second attempt delivery would be arranged if you are not at home on the scheduled day of delivery.
Q7: How do I send my items to a different address?

Q10: How do I make payment?
A10: We only accept online payment via IPAY88 (third party payment gateway system) and bank transfer for now.
